These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when operating Nebula Planner. They are designed to be straightforward and keep teams focused on the work that matters.
1. Agreement
By accessing Nebula Planner you agree to follow these terms and any workspace-specific policies established by your organization. If you operate a self-hosted instance, you are responsible for ensuring your deployment complies with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
2. Accounts & access
You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately at security@nebulaplanner.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Nebula Planner to distribute malware, harass others, or violate intellectual-property rights. Automated scraping of non-public areas, attempts to reverse engineer security features, or stress testing without prior consent are prohibited.
4. Service changes
We may update features or release new functionality from time to time. When changes affect pricing or materially alter functionality, we will provide notice via email or in-product announcements.
5. Warranty & liability
Nebula Planner is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability for damages arising from your use of the service is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming unless both parties agree to alternative forums.
